Bab is the founder and President of Kaizer Technology Group Corporation. As president, Bab’s responsible for the company’s strategic direction and long-term vision to achieve growth and cost savings while maintaining high levels of service delivery quality. He is responsible for day-to-day business operations and helps with the implementation of best practices, governance, controls and metrics.
Prior to Kaizer Technology Group, Bab co-founded EmergenceTek Group (2012), a leading IT and Data Solutions company out of Buffalo, New York. After the acquisition of EmergenceTek Group by a West Cost (US) investor last July (2024), Bab moved back to Canada where he recently founded Kaizer Technology Group Corporation.
Prior to EmergenceTek Group, Bab worked as Sr. IT Consultant for fortune 100 & 500 companies including US Bank, Nike, WebMD, Aetna and EDS where he assumed various Sr. IT roles. He brings a wealth of experience in business and IT and always meets challenges with enthusiasm and focus.
Bab received his undergraduate degree (BCom.) from University of Manitoba majoring in MIS and Marketing, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix with focus on technology management. He holds a host of professional certificates including, PMP, SCRUMMaster, Six Sigma, Agile-ACP, CPO, and AWS.
